As a Project Manager (PM) you should be able to handle both smaller and larger project teams and budgets. All Addiva's clients operate complex projects of various types and sizes, and it is completely essential for their business that they are carried out efficiently and as smooth as possible. The role of the PM is really making the difference between failure and success of a project. Therefor, it is the PM's responsibility to reassure that the project delivers at the right scope, right time, at the right cost and with the right quality. Good knowledge about project models and agile development models as well as excellent communication skills are required.
The work includes:
- Develop project goals, timetables and documentation
- Activity planning
- Time management
- Operational management of the project participants
- Follow-up and reporting
- Distribution and prioritization of resources and work
- Responsible for the process of daily meetings.
- Lead and support teams consisting of backend, front end and full stack developers.
- Negotiate with product owners about budget and development specs
Projects that run from a few months to more than one year.
- Dialogue with and coordination of clients, users and other stakeholders.
The projects can be IoT projects, Cloud solutions, Web development, etc.
