Are you Addiva's next project manager?

We are looking for a Senior technical project manager with a background in software development with a relevant degree in engineering. You will be responsible for leading technical projects from start to finish.

Knowledge

• A natural leader who can take overall responsibility for the delivery in the form of schedule, budget, resources, implementation, testing and delivery, according to agile methods.
• Can manage and coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Has knowledge of resource allocation, planning, prioritization and implementing projects within the budget and time frame.
• Good knowledge of agile processes and the scrum method, as well as experience in leading teams in agile projects.
• Good communication skills and can build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Manage the project lifecycle and ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
• Ensure that the team works efficiently and with high quality during the sprint.

Your background

• A civil engineering degree, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in running software development projects.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• You are results-oriented, strategic and have a structured approach to work.

Meritorious skills

• Is certified in agile methods and project management
• Experience in Electrical Engineering
